Registration Payments to be done from the delegate’s account only Registration fees for delegates includes:

• Access to all scientific sessions
• Conference material
• Refreshments & dinner served during conference including banquets.

Registration for Accompanying Person includes: All Lunches & Dinners including Banquets. It does not include access to any Conference, Scientific Materials & sessions.

• Above fees is inclusive of Goods & Service Tax.
• Payment Options: Online – UPI, NEFT, IMPS, Bank transfers, Offline - Cheque, Demand Drafts. Debit or Credit cards can be used once Payment Gateway is initiated on website.
• For all Online Payments through credit or debit cards an additional bank charge of 2.5% will be applicable.
• All Remittance/Bank charges/Online transaction fees to be paid by the Delegate.
• Letter from HOD is mandatory for Post graduate/ DM residents for registration.
• Conference registration is mandatory for presenting paper/ poster, Symposia, workshops.
• Registration is mandatory for all delegates including children 12 Years and above.
• Please ensure to wear registration badge all the time (Bar Coded) in the conference area and co-operate with screening procedures.
• Entry for accompanying persons may be restricted to certain areas at the venue during the event and are not allowed to the scientific halls.

• No credit policy for registration fees. Registration fees mentioned is non-negotiable.
• Registration is not transferable.
• Kindly do not post / courier any registration form after 31st October 2023.
• The organizing committee is not responsible for payments made in any form without registration form and details of payment. Organizing committee will not entertain requests to refund the same.
• Delegate must bring the acknowledgement letter / payment receipt with registration number during the conference for registration.
• Conference kit would be handed over only to the registered delegate with photo ID.
• For spot registrations: payment will be accepted by mode of Cash, UPI, Debit/Credit Card.
• Conference kit will not be guaranteed for registration done after 31st October 2023.
• Organizer will not be responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings and damages.
